The West Midlands Employment Alliance.

Together with Severn Trent, we establishing the West Midlands Employment Alliance. A group that has formed with the common goal of driving action in the region to help employers recruit people from marginalised backgrounds. The group includes 10 major employers in the region. The initial focus of the group will centre on supporting recruitment of care leavers, ex-offenders and the neurodiverse.
