Over 2026, we are bringing together a group of progressive businesses committed to reshaping the future of work to trial our “80 for 90” policy.
What is ‘80 for 90’?
80 for 90 is a unique employee policy developed by ReGenerate, which would allow employees returning from parental leave to work 80% of their hours for 90% of their pay until their child turns two.
