CO-FOUNDER AND CEO

Prior to co-founding ReGenerate, Ed spent over a decade working for social reform, including time as a Managing Director of the Centre for Social Justice think tank and as a Special Advisor under the Cameron Government. He has been an advisor to purpose-driven businesses and a family office, and is a regular media commentator.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Claire is Managing Director at ReGenerate, with over 25 years of experience in senior business and advisory roles. She previously led Purpose & Sustainability at a global consultancy, chaired a foundation supporting social change charities, and held senior HR roles focused on talent, culture, and diversity. She also serves on several boards driving social change.

POLICY DIRECTOR

Currently on secondment as Deputy Director for Responsible Business in the Office for the Impact Economy. Esmé leads our work to educate the government on policy ideas supporting good business. After time in the nonprofit and social enterprise sectors, she spent seven years leading policy teams across the UK and Canadian governments, working on issues from regional inequalities to financial inclusion.

HEAD OF POLICY

Bramwell convenes government and business leaders to develop and implement policy interventions which support purpose-driven business. He started his career at the Cabinet Office and No10, before moving overseas with the Foreign Office. Since returning to the UK, he has worked for responsible finance and business charities, with a focus on sustainability and social impact. He also has more than a decade's experience volunteering with young people.

Claire-Emily Martin

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Prior to joining ReGenerate, Claire-Emily worked as a UN researcher in New York and Geneva, with a particular focus on media partnerships and human rights violations in the MENA region. She spent time investigating and spotlighting cases of injustice at legal action charity Reprieve to improve legislation internationally. She has also worked as a teacher with a focus on facilitating debates and workshops on economic, social and cultural rights.

Amie Kendall is Business Director at Re-Generate, bringing over 16 years’ experience across consultancy and health sector leadership. Her background includes scaling purpose-driven organisations, launching brands internationally and building cross sector partnerships that deliver commercial success alongside positive social impact.

INSIGHTS DIRECTOR

Georgina is Insights Director at ReGenerate, with over a decade’s experience in mission-driven research, policy and government delivery, at the nexus of sustainable development and innovation. A strategy consultant by background before pivoting to international development, she is thrilled to be driving insights and innovation for business-led solutions to social and environmental challenges closer to home.

Kim is a qualified accountant who specialises in working with Boards and management teams of SMEs and not for profits to develop their financial and business strategies. Her skill set includes; building finance team’s capabilities; developing business plans and financial models to support business growth and business performance analysis.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT & EVENTS

Tori is a highly experienced Executive Assistant with nearly 30 years of experience. She has spent the majority of her career supporting senior leaders at one of the Big Four accountancy firms. Her background also spans Financial PR, Recruitment, and Banking, where she has consistently delivered high-level executive support. In addition to her EA expertise, Tori has successfully managed operational teams, bringing strong organisational skills to the role.

Matt is an entrepreneur and investor, and was a co-founder of ReGenerate. Prior to this, he co-founded and led Essence, which now employs 1,900 people across 20 offices and manages $4bn of media spend. He is also the founder of Counteract; an advisor to technology and internet companies; Regional Chair of the Judges for EY Entrepreneur of the Year; advisory board member for Big Change; and co-founder of Weave.

Head of Sustainability

Anna has spent the last 15 years working with purpose-driven businesses, with senior roles both in the private sector and in the UK government. Her particular focus has been creating cross-sector partnerships for positive impact. Anna now lives in Wales and is inspired by the Wellbeing of Future Generations Act, which creates a north star for both government and purpose-driven business.

Devina has spent her career to-date in the advertising, media and marketing world. Over the past decade she has held senior finance positions working with start-ups to build sustainable growth and becoming sale-ready. She has overseen several major sale processes. Devina is also an early-stage investor and sits on the boards of several Galvanise start-ups.

In addition to being a co-founder of ReGenerate, Richard also founded Impact Ventures UK, is a Director of The Montpelier Foundation and the Guy Foundation. He is Chairman of the Arts Impact Fund Investment Committee, on the Advisory Board of Big Society Capital and the London Philharmonic Orchestra.

Gi is a an entrepreneur and was a co-founder of ReGenerate. He invests in a number of innovative startups such as Tech Will Save Us, JRNI and Citymapper. He was awarded an MBE for services to the Digital Economy and was named the Asian Achievers Awards’ Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017. He was also the founder of Freeformers and Techlightenment.
